Terms/Letting
Conditions
1. Salties
accommodates a maximum of 4 people.
Visitors are
NOT permitted, NO firearms or fireworks of any sort
whatsoever are permitted on the premises
and absolutely NO animals permitted.
2. Secure on site parking for one car
and a single luggage trailer only.
Other conditions apply.
3. The
proprietors of Salties reserve the right to amend the displayed
rates without notice, at their discretion, and as and when
necessary. Rates are not negotiable.
4.
A cleaning fee of R75.00 is payable to clean on
departure.
Booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a
deposit, which will not be less than 50% of the total
bill within 6 hours as booking cannot be held.
5.
Balance of rental is due 7 days before arrival
pus/together with a R1000-00 breakage deposit which will be
refunded ±30 days after departure - via bank deposit. Your
banking details are required.
6.
Payments are not refundable.
7.
Tenants to take occupation from 14h00,
accommodation to be vacated by 10h00 on the day of
departure. These times are stipulated to facilitate the
necessary cleaning services
for the next arriving tenants.
8.
Accommodation is occupied entirely at the tenants
own risk.
No responsibility will be taken for any harm,
injury or loss whatsoever incurred whilst occupying the
premises, using the facilities and or any equipment provided.
9.
All occupants,
tenants, visitors and guests indemnify the
owners, their agents and their representatives of any claim/s
whatsoever that may arise at any stage whatsoever from
whatsoever cause.
10.
Occupants/Tenants are to ensure they have their own/the necessary and
suitable medical and emergency requirements as these are not provided by the
proprietor.
11.
The proprietor does not provide back-up electricity so all occupants/tenants are
to ensure they have their own suitable facilities such as torches, candles and
matches.
12.
A maid assists with the cleaning
of the apartment for an hour each
morning
but is NOT available to do any clothes or other such washing and cleaning up.
13. Bed
linen and bath towels are
provided but NOT beach towels. Please bring your own bath towels,
towels, hair dryers, and personal effects. |
